What We Look For in an Independent Partner:
- Licensure: An active, unrestricted independent license to practice therapy without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) within the state of California.
- Clinical Excellence: Proven experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health care in an outpatient setting.
- Remote Preparedness: Access to your own reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a secure, private workspace that meets all HIPAA confidentiality standards.
- Professional Safeguards: Active professional malpractice liability insurance (or willingness to secure a policy prior to taking on clients).
- Tech Competency: Comfort navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard virtual video platforms independently.
